This is the motto of Albert Lidl, founder and Chairman of the Board of top itservices GROUP.

Albert Lidl was born in Munich, Germany on 7 June 1953. He is married and lives in Sauerlach, near Munich.

Having studied computer science and business administration in Munich from 1972 – 1977, he graduated as an IT specialist. During his studies, he already acquired practical experience working as a programmer on various projects at Siemens, and after graduating he joined Softlab as a consultant for two years.

After this, Albert Lidl took his first steps towards becoming an entrepreneur by working as a freelance IT consultant. With a total of 10 years’ practical knowledge in the fields of programming, system testing and project management under his belt, he was able to set up his companies on a broad technical basis, develop them further and turn them into one of the leading service providers for IT specialists and engineers in Germany.

Albert Lidl has made his companies what they are today: top itservices GROUP has enjoyed market success for over 30 years and is now one of the leading project suppliers in Germany.

Founded in 1980 as TOP CONSULTING GmbH, the company has been operating under the name top itservices AG since 2000. Today the name top itservices also reflects a greatly expanded portfolio.

In 1999 the subsidiary bitts. GmbH, an IT temping company, was added, to provide businesses throughout Germany with highly motivated and flexible specialists.

In 2008, top itservices GROUP was boosted by the founding of subsidiary toptecs GmbH, which offers engineering services to businesses. Its four pillars are technology, engineering, consulting and support.

Albert Lidl loves Italy, good wine and good food. As well as German and English, he also speaks basic Italian. He keeps fit with hiking.
