The German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) stipulates in § 4g that the Data Protection Officer must make the
following information conveniently available to everyone. We hereby comply with this obligation so that an
individual request on your part is not necessary.

Data is collected, processed and used for our own purposes as well as, for the purposes of commissioned data processing within
the meaning of § 11 BDSG, for third parties within the framework of service contracts.
5. Description of the groups of people involved and the pertinent data or data categories:
Applicant data, client data, employee data, data of business partners and, if applicable, interested parties, insofar as these
are required to fulfil the purposes stated under 4.
6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed:
Public sector entities if overriding legislation exists, external principals and agents as per §11 BDSG as well as external
bodies, in particular subsidiary companies and internal departments of the company to fulfil the purposes stated under 4.
7. Prescribed terms for the deletion of data:
The legislator has established various obligations to preserve records and retention periods. On expiry of these periods, the
relevant data will be routinely deleted. If data is not affected by this, it will be deleted when the purposes stated under 4.
cease to exist.
8. Planned data transfer to third countries: We currently have no plans to transfer data to third countries.
