1. Basic principles

top itservices GROUP comprises the companies top itservices AG, bitts. GmbH, toptecs GmbH, topVS GmbH and top itservices AG, Switzerland. Data privacy and data security are a top priority for top itservices GROUP. Therefore we are naturally fully compliant with the respective country-specific data privacy laws. Protection of your personal data throughout our entire business processes is very important and a matter of particular concern for us. 2. Our websites

4.2 What data is stored?

When you use our application portal, e.g. to apply for a position, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal details (such as your name, address, date of birth, postal or e-mail address, phone number etc.) by entering them on this website. We need this information so that we can offer you our vacant positions or project contracts. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any work without these details. If necessary, the information will also be used to update the master data we keep about you (e.g. your current availability, changes of address etc.).
